An arms length management organisation is a company set
up by a local authority to manage and improve all or part of its housing
stock. The Company is owned by the local authority and operates under
the terms of a management agreement between the local authority and the
ALMO. Between 2005 and 2007, the government has allocated in excess of
2.5 billion, exclusively for use by ALMOS for the regeneration of
dwellings to meet the decent homes standard. This commitment reflects a
significant opportunity for suppliers in this sector.
All AMA Research mailing lists and databases are produced
in-house by our own research staff ensuring that the information
provided is accurate, comprehensive, relevant and as up to date as
possible. The majority of our databases are updated in association with
our existing market research reports, providing a more relevant and
accurate listing.
The mailing list contains address & telephone details for
over 80+ separate arms length management organisations, representing
a significant proportion of the total market. |
